As a Charge Entry Representative Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department employees

We’re seeking a Charge Entry Representative Manager to join us.
As a Charge Entry Representative Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of department employees
What you’ll do:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the charge entry department to ensure accuracy and efficiency within all processes
- Manage, oversee, and monitor all charge entry processes to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims
- Compile and prepare various status reports for Director of Charge Entry in order to analyze trends and make recommendations
- Complete other duties as assigned
- Management experience in a healthcare billing or revenue cycle setting required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Superior judgment, negotiation, and decision-making skills
- Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization
- Excellent written communications and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Experience analyzing necessary claim filing components and understanding trends
- Analytical skills and ability to work in a strategic role with the executive team
- Ability to manage day to day employee interactions and workflow
