We’re seeking a SVP of People and Culture to join us.

The Senior Vice President of People & Culture is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing the company’s people strategy. This role oversees all People & Culture functions – including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, organizational development, and HR operations – ensuring alignment with business objectives and long-term growth. The SVP of People & Culture serves as a trusted advisor to the executive team and plays a critical role in building an engaged and high performing workforce.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Partner with the executive team to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
  • Provide thought leadership on culture, engagement, leadership development, and talent optimization.
  • Enable enterprise AI adoption and workforce transformation by aligning organizational design, skills strategy, and change management efforts.
  • Use data and insights to inform decision‑making and measure the impact of People programs.
Talent Management & Development
  • Lead strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining top talent across all levels.
  • Oversee performance management, leadership development, and succession planning, frameworks and systems.
  • Build programs that strengthen employee growth, leadership capability, and organizational effectiveness.
Culture & Engagement
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, belonging, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead engagement strategies, surveys, and action planning to enhance employee experience.
  • Partner with leaders to reinforce company values and drive a positive, high‑performance culture.
People Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee People operations, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across People technology, workflows, and service delivery.
Total Rewards
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business strategy.
  • Partner with Finance and executive leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and workforce cost management.
Employee Relations
  • Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant practices.
  • Build strong relationships across the organization to foster trust and open communication.
What you’ll bring to Zotec:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including leading teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development.
  • Demonstrated success driving culture, engagement, and organizational transformation.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable people initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship‑building skills.
