We’re seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.
As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for reconciling clients’ bank accounts to the daily postings made by Central Payments. You will communicate with the payment and enrollment team to identify any posting or deposit trends, as well as be in contact with internal departments and any issues identified. You will notify Client Service Managers of any outstanding issues prior to month end.

We’re seeking a Reconciliation Specialist to join us. This is a remote position.
As a Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible for reconciling clients’ bank accounts to the daily postings made by Central Payments. You will communicate with the payment and enrollment team to identify any posting or deposit trends, as well as be in contact with internal departments and any issues identified. You will notify Client Service Managers of any outstanding issues prior to month end.
What you’ll do:
- Reconcile clients’ bank accounts
- Communicate with client representatives and identify posting or deposit issues
- Communicate with both payment teams to identify missing or unbalanced checks
- Notify the Client Service Manager of any outstanding issues prior to month end
- 1-2 years’ experience in balancing large amounts of money
- 1-2 years’ experience in reconciling bank statements in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Knowledge of accounting principals
- Knowledge of medical office operations helpful
- Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and excellent Excel skills such as pivots, vlookups, and formulas
- Attention to detail with basic math aptitude
- Able to adhere to strict deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
