We’re seeking a Provider Enrollment Supervisor to join us.

As a Provider Enrollment Supervisor, you will manage and coordinate the daily workflow of Provider Enrollment staff. The Provider Enrollment Supervisor is expected to provide guidance to employees by promoting teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding service.

What you’ll do:
  • Maintain relationship with client/CRM, participate in client calls as needed, for at least two assigned enterprise clients
  • Assist with alert assignment from team queue and assist with more complex alerts
  • Assist staff with process and enrollment questions and problem solving
  • Frequent reporting review & distribution
  • Collaborate with staff, clients, client services and other operations on complex issues
  • Assist manager with client implementation and post implementation
  • Process integration, training, and mentoring new hires and existing staff
  • Manage timecard and PTO process
  • Assist with writing and delivering employee performance evaluations

What you’ll bring to Zotec:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience. Associate or bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of provider enrollment experience
  • High level of understanding of physician billing
  • Ability to understand, analyze and interpret complex documents
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Capable of prioritizing workflow and able to ensure deadlines are met
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
