We’re seeking an Operations Workflow Analyst to join us. As an Operations Workflow Analyst, you will contribute to the standardization and communication of new operational processes, as well as maintaining present processes to keep them current and accurate.

We’re seeking an Operations Workflow Analyst to join us. As an Operations Workflow Analyst, you will contribute to the standardization and communication of new operational processes, as well as maintaining present processes to keep them current and accurate.
What you'll do:
- Maintain updated carrier policies for departmental needs
- Maintain existing documentation for accuracy
- Document and research new processes for standardization
- Audit current process for effectiveness
- Work closely with AR department in documentation and understanding of current workfile processing to assist in data research for improvements
- Maintain localized housing of departmental data
- One-time report builds via SQL or query to assist in AR departmental needs and priority deadline basis
- Utilize reporting tools to locate trends to assist AR department in maintaining client contractual SLAs
- Successful experience in a role where you were responsible for providing data analysis and recommendations
- Proven ability to build relationships and provide meaningful recommendations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- SQL experience
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with project team members and leadership
- Flexible mentality: willing and capable of performing varied tasks and adapting to change
- Must be self-motivated with the entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative in a team environment
- Professionally exercises discretion and independent judgment in day-to-day work
- Strong attention to detail
