We’re seeking an IT Operations Manager to join us.

As an IT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to ensure the stability and efficiency of our IT operations. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong background in IT service management and a passion for improving people, processes and technology.

What you'll do:
  • IT Operations:
    • Oversee daily Infrastructure Operations including Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
    • Coordinate with IT and Product teams to diagnose and resolve incidents, minimizing impact on healthcare operations.
    • Collaborate with IT and Product teams to identify, develop, and implement permanent solutions.
    • Oversee the Change Management process to ensure controlled and efficient implementation of IT changes.
    • Ensure compliance with configuration baselines, IT standards, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Monitor and analyze IT performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement best practices and industry standards to enhance IT service delivery.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT service management.
What you'll bring to Zotec:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with a focus on Incident, Problem, and Change Management
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and IT service management best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of Agile and DevOps concepts
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, PCI and HiTrust is preferred
  • Experience working with Product Development and DevOps teams is a bonus
