We are seeking a seasoned IT Support Specialist to join our Corporate Headquarters team in Carmel, IN.

This role serves as the first line of technical support for Zotec’s Corporate Executives, Vice Presidents, Directors, Product Development teams, and High-Volume Print Operations. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, highly professional, confident in executive-facing environments, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide white-glove, desk-side, remote, and virtual technical support to internal employees, including senior leadership
  • Serve as the primary on-site IT resource for Corporate Headquarters
  • Perform hands-on hardware deployments, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Support Windows and MAC systems, mobile devices (iOS and Android), and related peripherals
  • Maintain and support video conferencing systems, display walls, multifunction printers, and conference room technology
  • Ensure executive offices, conference rooms, and collaborative spaces are fully operational each day
  • Assist with cubicle and workspace setup for visiting or traveling employees
  • Manage and update IT asset inventory and participate in equipment lifecycle management, including decommissioning and disposal
  • Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for ticket resolution
  • Participating in the IT Support on-call rotation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring to Zotec:
  • 3–5 years of experience in a professional IT support environment, preferably supporting senior leadership
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with executives and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android environments
  • Hands-on experience with printers, PaperCut, scanners, conferencing systems, and wall display technologies
  • Experience setting up and configuring conference rooms and workspace environments
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, ClickUp, and Citrix is preferred
  • Experience with device imaging and management tools such as Microsoft Intune and JAMF is a plus
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred but not required
